Yes i'm running setup as Administrator. The installer isn't corrupt at all. I have just ran a small application called brava reader and it installed correctly , i could see the graphics while installing it. i have now just downloaded Exchange SP3 and ran it , it shows the same problem as with SP2. On another server with the same spec the SP's show images correctly.

I went for this one:<br />

regsvr32.exe jscript.dll<br />
<br />
I ran CMD as administrator and ran the command... immediately ran the upgrade. It opened instantly.
