After that I can attach this link via outlook email signature, so that all third parties who contact us can see our new location map

can you please advise some how to do it. I dont want to give download option. The party when they click on link, it should show directly the location map without any ads etc

There is no way to use an e-mail client, send an e-mail with a link, and have it opened on another software wch may or may not open directly the image or offer the download option. What you could do is insert the map as an external image on your e-mail as a signature on Outlook. For this, you must create a simple HTML file with the following code and import it as your signature. You can edit it to have a more fancy signature, this is just a very simple example.

<HTML>
<BODY>
<P>Our new location:<br>
<IMG SRC="http://www.yoursite.com/the/path/to/the/image/imagename">
</BODY>
<HTML>
