Extracting mailbox information from Exchange
Hello Experts
Is there an application that is able to provide a detailed list of all mail receive by and sent from a certain Exchange mailbox?
I know Exchange has various tools but these tools aren't able to provide the information we require.
My boss has requested that I produce a report on 6 mailboxes that show detail information like; sender, date received/sent and subject; this report needs to show both internal and export mail.
Your assistance is appreciated.

You could export the mailbox into a PST
Export-Mailbox -Identity user@company.com –PSTFolderPath C:\user.pst
Export-Mailbox -Identity user@company.com –PSTFolderPath C:\user.pst

Tried to run MesageStat, but it took my Exchange down, not very easy to get going. Thanks anyway.

Exporting to pst is not what I'm looking to do, need to run a report about incoming and outgoing mail for a 3 month basis.

Promodag definitly did the trick, looks like a great tool! Do you know if it's possible to edit/create reports?

I don't know about full blown creation, but you can do filters etc. Here is s link to the help file http://www.promodag.com/support/OnlineHelp/Repex.htm which will get you further along, but you may just want to send them an email to sales and support and pick their brain or even call their toll free number listed here http://www.promodag.com/promodag/promodag.aspx
