Always be specific. what is your version of OS, which tweak tool u used and what exactly happened after you tweaked?

sorry for not being more specific, the os is windows vista business edition,64bit os, it is my managers laptop and now when i checked and restarted the system it straightaway goes to windows tweaking utility and start scanning. not able to cancel and after scanning it reports certian viruses.
Regarding imp(ortant) files.
Please make sure you got a valid backup from those imp files.
Though unlikely there could be malware on the laptop that bahaves strangely when being removed.

checked the msconfig file but could not find the tweaking utility software , iam just running antispyware now
It's one of those rogue programs.
Follow exactly what it says in this tutorial by downloading and running RKill and Shell.reg... and then running MalwareBytes which will remove it.

Still my suggestion, to make a backup before removal holds...
even though being generic ;-)

@younghv, it's my fault. i didn't read the user's comment properly. i thought he installed the windows tweak-tool and couldn't remove the tool and making all the trouble. i suggested all those keeping that in mind.
