The following fatal alert was generated: 10. The internal error state is 1203

We have started recieving the attached error message on our 2008 64bit server.
Have googled it but cant find a solution to what is causing the problems?
This has been happening constantly happening every 15minutes.

This server is primarily used as a exchange server and is not a domain controller

This appears to be a certificate related issue, have install a certificate for this Exchange Server? If yes is it about to expire?

I'm not sure what the command i should be using would be?
I'm guessing at add-adpermission "senior management team" ?

The secure cert we have installed is valid until march 2012.

the SSL cert is valid for another 10 months so that should be a issue.
