Grant Premission to Calendar in Public Folder -exchange 2010

We have just migrated to exchange 2010.

We got shared calendars in public folder in exchange. How do i give users access to these calendars?

Hi,

If you have Exchange 2010 SP1 you could do this via the Public Folder Management Console (included in the Exchange Management Console, Toolbox) It is just like you did this with exchange 2003. it has been reintroduced in SP1 for exchange 2010.

Another option is to download Exfolders with this tool you can set permissions (note there are 2 different versions, 1 for Exchange 2010 NO SP1 and a seperate for 2010 SP1 they are not compatible with each other.)
- Create a new folder, and choose Calendar items in the Folder contains list.
- In the Select where to place the folder list, click Calendar, and then click OK.
- Add meetings and events to the folder.
