Grant Premission to Calendar in Public Folder -exchange 2010

We have just migrated to exchange 2010.

We got shared calendars in public folder in exchange. How do i give users access to these calendars?

- Create a new folder, and choose Calendar items in the Folder contains list.
- In the Select where to place the folder list, click Calendar, and then click OK.
- Add meetings and events to the folder.
