Exchange 2010 after SBS crashed

Hi,
I used to have a MS-SBS 2003 Domain with one extra WIN2008 R2 DC at a remote site.
Last WE the SBS crashed and died on me.
So far so good since I had all AD info at the remote site.
I thought it a good time to move to a WIN2k8 R2 domain and went ahead.
I now have a WIN2008 DC in my site, to which I tranferred all the FSMO roles.
I have a WIN2008 R2 member server in the domain which will host Exchange 2010.
So I think I am rid of the SBS, but whenever I start Exchange Setup it sees the SBS2003 as the first Exchange Server in the organization.
I aleady went through DNS and all services I could think of, searching for any reference to the old SBS and when found deleting it, but I seem to miss something.
Any hints are welcome.
