kerberos error

The following events are happening on a 2003 member server.  I get the event id 4 kerberos error fiirst then the other event ids show up seconds later. The only server is 'server-2", any other machine names in the event viewer text are workstations that have local printers attached that are shared and installed on Server-2.

It seems that something is trying to install
-"Beginning a Windows Installer transaction:C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\HPZBDI32.MSI. Client Process Id: 3940." and when it starts the kerberos error comes up.

Event viewer entrires are listed below.

Any ideas on why this is happening is appreciated.

Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      Kerberos
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      4
Date:            5/16/2011
Time:            5:03:31 PM
User:            N/A
Computer:      Server-2
Description:
The kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server Admin-MATT$.  The target name used was cifs/jmh-E6500.company-Dom.company.com. This indicates that the password used to encrypt the kerberos service ticket is different than that on the target server. Commonly, this is due to identically named  machine accounts in the target realm (company-DOM.company.COM), and the client realm.   Please contact your system administrator.

This like might be able to assist with the Installer issue. It refers to a full suite installation being installed on the server and not just the drivers as recommended

Windows Server 2003

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server. Important upgrades included integrating Internet Information Services (IIS), improvements to Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP), and the migration to Automated System Recovery (ASR).
