My rpc locator and print spooler keep stopping. Any reasons for this?

First of all, i would check the windows event log to (hopefully) get some information about why it's crashing. Did you have a virus recently? Or maybe installed a new printerdriver?
What is the model of the Printer?

hp 1022n and hp 2035n these drivers seem to be causing this.
You can try the HP universal print driver, you can download itfrom the HP site.
