Given an installation ism file, I would like to generate a script to give full access to a folder
created by the installation.

Thank you in advance.

Installation Designer -> select the folder -> Properties -> Permissions; add domain [%USERDOMAIN] and user [LogonUser], and specify Full permissions. Press F1 on that dialog for more details. You probably can also specify CREATOR OWNER as the user.

I don't know where is Installatiion Designer in my InstallShield.
Your version seem to be a newer one. I am using InstallShield Professional 2.03. Any guidance here?
Is that possible to create a bat file to give this kind of permission and then called the script from InstallShield?

I try exactly that F1/ permissions but the version doesn't return anything with this word. I don't think this version supports grant access to folder. I found the way out using script though. Thank you.
