Outlook 2007 Two Address Books

I have a user that indicates when he adds a contact it goes to what he calls the "wrong" address book because he has two.  When you look at his address book, we see two.  How can we get the contacts in the "wrong" book to the other address book and how can get rid of the "wrong" address book.

It should also be noted we migrated his mail from one PST file to another.

You can manually drag and drop the contacts from one contact folder to the other.  Once that's done you should be able to simply delete the "wrong" contact list.  If it won't allow you to delete it, you'll need to make sure it's not the default contact list.

How do you make the correct address book the default?  Sorry for the dumb question.
