An external user complained that he couldn't send an e-mail to one of our emplyees. He received the following NDR:

We have a virtual Exchange 2003 Enterprise Server running on Windows 2003. I researched on the web but couldn't find a satisfying solution. Any guess? I'm a bit worried as the system is quite critical.
if so , do they have problems recieving mails to thier BB devices ?
