An external user complained that he couldn't send an e-mail to one of our emplyees.  He received the following NDR:

I checked the event log and found the following events:

Source:            ESE
Category:      Transaction Manager
Event ID:      623

Information Store (3700) MyStorageGroup: The version store for this instance (1) has reached its maximum size of 108Mb. It is likely that a long-running transaction is preventing cleanup of the version store and causing it to build up in size. Updates will be rejected until the long-running transaction has been completely committed or rolled back.
Possible long-running transaction:

      Session-context: 0x00000000
      Session-context ThreadId: 0x000036B4

We have a virtual Exchange 2003 Enterprise Server running on Windows 2003. I researched on the web but couldn't find a satisfying solution.  Any guess?  I'm a bit worried as the system is quite critical.
