I have a user that is trying to find out why when he is at home and conected to the internet does the outlook keep saying on the system tray that outlook is offline and as soon as he hits send and recieve it goes back to online and sends the mail then goes right back to offline? I did notice in his outlook 2007 menu that under file there is no work offline in the menu and his chached copy is not checked on his email options. This is office 2007 and running on an XP os.
