grouping Excel 2007

I cannot get the first group "Cash" to group on the attached spread sheet.
Several other sections will goup and some will not. Each group is sub-totaled.
I do not know what I'm doing wrong. I have several other sheets that are all grouping correctly on the sub-totals.

That's because you don't include row 11 with your second group.  Give me a moment...

I cleared groupings and tried to recreate as close as I could to what you had.  

Here's a better explanation - If you have a top line in a group, and then include that top line as the top line of an outer group, the grouping below doesn't group.  So, I ensured all the top lines of each group were distinct in my groupings.
