Oracle Grid control

I am very new to the Grid controlling.
When i am trying to add the database to the Grid. IN the begining i am getting the below error.

To add a host target, install the Oracle Management Agent on the host computer you want to manage. When the Management Agent begins communicating with the Oracle Management Service, the Management Agent target and the Host target will appear in the list of targets.

I would still like to know why you gave this a "B" grade. I surely hope you didn't just close this out to bypass the new question lock.

If you do not respond, I will have to have a Moderator intervene.

Hmm,,

I have found the solution for my question. So, i have deleted the question.

Then, I have given some points to the @slightwv since, He said, the answer is inside the question. :)

I asked for clarification twice.

Why did it take me having to ask a Moderator to get you to respond?

You didn't delete the question.

What was the answer you found? If it was that you needed to install the agent, didn't I say that?

I came to know that i havn't deleted the question. I am new to this forum.

Any way, the problem is resloved for me with one of my colleque. The question i made is wrong.
I am confused with the servers i am using { Where the grid control is installed}
