Outlook 2010 Out of Office Assistant

I have an issue where the Out of Office Assistant is not working in Outlook 2010.  Not all users are effected just some.  It is telling me the server is unavalible.  I did some research and found little on this expect for the Autodicover which tested find.  Any ideas?

They have Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2010

When you say not working ? What kind of error message are you getting ?

Can you ping autodiscover.yourdomain?

Also see Your Out of Office Settings cannot be displayed, because the Server is currently unavailable. Try Again Later

There are quite a lot of causes for this and are you sure they are Outlook 2010? Outlook 2007 without SP3 also has a problem with this?

- and make sure your NOT going through a proxy server I've seen that cause this - as well as the user NOT being logged into the domain.
