printing web pages without browser header and footer information
Hi All
I am working on a web app which will need printing functionality. I have formatted the document to print, but the browser is putting the url, page 1 of x and the date in the header and footer.
if there is a way around this?

The options are in the Page Setup menu of your browser. Depending on your browser you will find it in the File menu, or Print sub-menu.
These are the printing preferences of the browser, which developers have little control over. Another option may be to have a PDF version of the page, if possible.

Hi fellas.
It would be better that the end user (could be 100's) did not have to mess with their browser settings..
I can see this being a PDF solution....
the problem I may have with this is I am using jquery powered charts on the page that is to be printed... are there any html-pdf converters that can achieve this?
