Blacberry: BES Messages queued to handheld incrementing

You can see in the attached image that I have been snmp tracking "Messages queued to handheld" for the BES server.  Recently that's begun incrementing - from 4000 to like 12,000 in the last week.  How can I dig into this to find out just which messages are getting clogged up and perhaps why??

Our BES Admin has left the building so to speak and I could use insight pending his replacement.

Thanks.

See if all devices are contacting the BES server as expected. To get the list of devices not contacting BES, search for users based on the last contact time. This will give an idea if a genuine set of user devices are not contacting the BES and hence, messages are not getting delivered.

Good luck

Cool - is that something I can search in the web administration tool?
