password in outlook 2010

example, im in my computer. my outlook 2010 is open. i decide to walk away from my desk. i close my outlook. when i come back, i do not need a password. this isnt good. anyone can walk up to my machine and open outlook. i dont want to lock my pc. is there a way to prompt for a password when i open outlook when im already in my computer ?

File > Info > Account Settings > Account Settings > click on your Exchange account > Change button > More Settings button > Security tab > check the box for Always prompt for logon credentials.

some people, outlook opens up still , you can browse the folders, just cannot receive emails. i want it so that outlook opens AFTER i put the password in

Unfortunately, this appears to be behavior for Cached Mode users (whereas non-Cached Mode users will not be able to access email at all until the password prompt is sufficed).

Options around this would be to remove such users from Cached Mode or have them lock their computers (Windows key + L for the quickest way to do this).
