GPO Allow Users to Lock Computer Between Certain Hours

Is it possible to allow users to lock there computer during a certain time frame and after that time has been reached have them only have the option to logoff?

for example

8am to 5pm they can lock computer
5:01pm to 7:59am they must log off

i am already aware of that and use that with certain user accounts like gues and training. this is mainly because our users are ignorant and do not logoff when they leave for the night.
