I updated our Tredmicro server to version 10.5. We have many clients that are remote users that do not connect to the TrendMicro server that is within our LAN, so I would normally just create a Client Installer Package, which would update definitions directly from the web.
The problem that I am experiencing is that the client fails to update definitions. When I right click and select "Update Now" it attempts to connect and I receive the following error:
"Unable to connect to the server. There may be a problem with the server, or the network, or the proxy information is incorrect. Please contact Officescan administrator for assistance"
I can access the internet just fine and no proxy settings have been set. Any assistance on how to fix this is appreciated. Thanks!
