nk2 file

i am using the path documents & settings\<user>\application data\microsoft\outlook to find the .nk2 file in outlook 2003 on xp machine....so that i can copy to the new computer.....it is an exchange account with cache mode disabled..

all i can see in that folder is
outlook - office data file
outlook - xml document
outlook - srs file

which is the nk2 file?
