Microphone through CTX Webinterface

I have a CTX farm that consists of an internal part (LAN) and an external part (WAN), separated by two firewalls. A CTX Webinterface is in the DMZ, between the firewalls.

Internally I can use a microphone so the CTX session records audio. But externally, when connected through the Webinterface this does not work.

There are no polices defined in the Citrix console that could block the microphone.
Is there an option in the Webinterface that could block this? Or could it be locally?

It is locally on the client. They have to accept the access to their local machine. What version of Web Interface?
