Drives mapped via RDP
Question:
When I RDP to the client I my local drives mapped in. But the transfer rate is so slow to copy files over from client to my local machine.
Would it be faster if I connect via the client VPN from the client back to the office?
Thoughts?

Are they mapped thorough a logon.Bat file? Would go better if you didn't rdp with local drives mapping to that remote. IMHO
Theoretically it really shouldn't matter but from my experiences it is faster not to use the client created drive transfer.

Yes looks like via bat file. I know it is better to rdp with drives not mapped. But for the file transfer purposes it helps.
So faster or not faster with client VPN? Or is it more scientifical question?
