We use Access Essentials. &nbsp;Within Citrix the network data folder works great - everything opens up instantly but when users access their my documents there is a delay. &nbsp;The My Pictures is the slowest - it takes up to 30 seconds to open but if you open a picture on the data folder it opens up instantly. &nbsp;But in general the my documents is overall slower. &nbsp;
