How do i speed up my documents in Citrix?
We use Access Essentials. Within Citrix the network data folder works great - everything opens up instantly but when users access their my documents there is a delay. The My Pictures is the slowest - it takes up to 30 seconds to open but if you open a picture on the data folder it opens up instantly. But in general the my documents is overall slower.

Are you using Folder Redirection for My Documents?

Yes - all lives on the server.
Use Sysinternal Procmon to see what is causing the delay.
You are using folder redirection to the same server citrix is on?

We have a seperate Citrix server. All of our data lives on the "main server" and not the Citirx server. Does that answer your question?

Can you take an account that has folder redirection enabled and RDP to the server and see what the response is?
You are looking for a failure or delay of some kind when My Documents is accessed.
