HI,
Can anyone tell me if missing junction points in the SYSVOL tree would cause DC's to fail replication. With Event 13508 in the FRS logs?

Event 13508 is usually an RPC communication failure. Have you determined that there are problems with your SYSVOL already?

I have a SBS 2003 server and I'm trying to migrate to a SBS 2011.
During the migration the Event 13508 pops up.

I have found that the junctions points are missing after running frsdiag.
Also I found that the folder in the %systemroot%\sysvol\staging areas\ is a different name to the domain name.
If the junction points are missing or incorrect, FRS will not replicate.

Missing JPs don't have its own Event ID.
