Event 13508 is usually an RPC communication failure. Have you determined that there are problems with your SYSVOL already?

I have a SBS 2003 server and I'm trying to migrate to a SBS 2011.
During the migration the Event 13508 pops up.
I have found that the junctions points are missing after running frsdiag.
Also I found that the folder in the %systemroot%\sysvol\stagin g areas\ is a different name to the domain name.
