You need to setup setup a .com forward lookup zone. so you would have mydomain.local and mydomain.com.
Then put mail.mydomain.com pointing to your server ip.

Also make sure to point your domain name from you hosting service to your server.

Commented:
Also make sure to take out mail.mydomain.local. That is not needed.

Also make sure you have the sub domain of mail.mydomain.com setup on your hosting site pointing to your server.

also if you are trying to configure mail without a static ip, there are several issues:
1 your isp may block incoming ports (smtp, http(s) )
2 you will get alot of bounces on receiving mailservers since you won't have a valid ptr record

Commented:
You don't need mail.mydomain.local.
Also you need to have an A record for mail.mydomain.com

Did you by chance follow any tutorials?

What do you mean by this: "But when i do with only .com ,i mean server name with .com then all are working"

ok.now my exchange server computer name is mail and joined AD with mail.mydomain.local,
i did last week a new AD with mydomain.com and exchange server computer joined mail.mydomain.com then all are working.
But with .local not
check if you have your accepted domain configured correct
check if the default email address for your users is the external
you really need to try and make yourself more clear. i don't understand anything you are saying :)

when i do new Activ Directory i use mydomain.LOCAL
if i use mydomain.COM. exchange works
did you check the things i asked?
the problem is there
that is because when you install exchange you just clicked next on everything, and now everything is configured with the .local suffix instead of .com

when you do the same next next wizard with your ad configured with a .com suffix then it works, but that is just luck.

your problem has nothing to do with AD

if you want i can help you using teamviewer

check if you have your accepted domain configured correct  I THINK OK
check if the default email address for your users is the external  NO user1@mydomain .LOCAL
listen, there will be alot of things messed up so i'll try and walk you through it.

open exchange management console
in the left pane select organization config. --> hub transport --> accepted domains-->
here you enter your .COM domain

then select send connectors-->new send connector-->choose a name, and select INTERNET-->next next next

then choose Server configuration-->client access-->outlook web app--> right click owa(default)-->properties -->enter the internal & external url (this is also the .COM)

then go to recepient config-->right click a user --> email adress --> UNmark the thick "automatically update the email address...." now you can add an email adress, enter user1@yourdomain.com and then click ok, then click the new email address, and click on " set as reply"

now that is the default address

so ?
is it working now then?
it would be a lot easier to troubleshoot if you would just use teamviewer and have a look :D

owa i can join only .local account not .com
this is because you do not have a dns record on your internal domain i assume?
on your internal dns you need a fwd lookup to .com
and enter:
mail.domain.com and point it to the exchange server
