User lost her calendar in the iphone and ipad. I deleted and recreated the user's account on both devices, Please suggest

from the iphone or Ipad , go to settings , then go to "Mail, Contacts , calendars", open the created account , make sure that calendar sync is "on" , it is off by default when you create the account
i have asked the user to do this any other suggestions if it is not succeed.

its not a normal behavior , it should work if the option is turned on , try and let me know

If this is only happening to one user the probpem may be at the seevee side. Try che king the following;

1) in active directory look at the user account and verify all of the mobile options are enabled.

2) if you have the activesync mobile admin page installed, remove any devices associated with the usees email address. ( this page is usually accessable at https://webmailserveraddress/mobileadmin)

these were already turned on and user still not able to see his calendar.
