iphone / active sync

User lost her calendar in the iphone and ipad. I deleted and recreated the user's account on both devices, Please suggest
The e-mails are working the contacts are uploaded.

i have asked the user to do this any other suggestions if it is not succeed.
its not a normal behavior , it should work if the option is turned on , try and let me know

these were already turned on and user still not able to see his calendar.
