Exchange 2010 with a public IP address?

I've got a client asking me to implement an Exchange 2010/domain controller with a WAN static IP address.  He has a pix firewall in front of it only allowing ports 80/443/25.  My experience has always been with using private IP addressing.  Anyone set Exchange up like this before?  Considerations I should be aware of?

There will also be two other interfaces on the server to connect with a SAN and private network.
