Sun X4450 diagnostics

Got a couple of Sun X4450 servers and one throws up an ECC error every week or so so I need to swap bits between them to isolate the faulty component, but I want to know if swapping the part has had any effect so I need to thrash their memory until one fails.

How do I obtain a diagnostic tester for these Sun servers now that Oracle have bought Sun?

I can get to http://www.sun.com/servers/x64/x4450/downloads.jsp and I think "Sun Fire X4450 Server Tools and Drivers DVD Version 3.0.0" would do but I can't download it because I'm not registered with Oracle. Is there a minimal version of their database I could buy and register that would let me download the software to test their hardware?

The basic Oracle sign ins are free for anything other than Support.  I'm not sure an Oracle database license will get you Sun Hardware support.

Did you try to register a new login?  Is it asking for a support identifier?

Yes, it's asking for a support identifier.

D'oh, I hadn't even thought of putting a screen and keyboard on it, I was trying to do everything through LOM like I do with Sparcs. Memtest runs fine.
