how to add shared contact to an email

when i got to contacts, i see shared contacts, "my bosses contacts" but when i open an email, i want to add a contact that is being shared to me from my boss. so i click the "TO:", then under address book, i have myemail@domain.com and under that i have contacts, suggested contacts, contact (mobile), gloval address list, all address list. under address list i have, all contacts, all groups, all rooms, all users and public folders.

i dont see anywhere my bosses contacts
