i have been able to create an email policy/ hub transport to display a confidential notice at the bottom of email messages for all staff on the server level. However, when i respond to a thread of correspondence the confidential message reappears twice, three times, four timess...etc.<br />
I would like the display to appear once each time when i send out a message. How should i correctly set up this rule.
