Copy Data from Two Workbooks and Paste to Create New Workbook ( Macro ? )
Hello,
I have directory with workbooks with names like:
corr.all.o
corr.selection.o
corr.random.o
&
corr.all.r
corr.selection.r
corr.random.r
They have the same layouts. I'd like to copy the data from the 'Group Matricies' Sheet from each pair (i.e. corr.all.o and corr.all.r) and paste them side by side in a new workbook (i.e. corr.all). Can this be done with a macro? For all pairs in a directory?
I have attached examples.
Thank you,
Cheers,
JE

Thanks for the suggestion. However, can the RDB Merge Add-in be setup to do this on all pairs in the directory? That is, a new sheet for each pair in the directory?
If not, and this needs to be executed separately for each pair and then the filename headers need to be 'fixed' -- I believe for this application the RDB Mergre Add-in will take a lot more time than doing it manually. Right?
Please advise,
Thanks again,
JE
