we need to reroute traffic when a link exceeds a certain speed
I have a single l3 switch where we need to reroute traffic when a link exceeds a certain speed.

description PRIMARY LINK
1.1.1.2 255.255.255.252

description SECONDARY LINK
2.2.2.2 255.255.255.252

description INGRESS TRAFFIC
3.3.3.1 255.255.255.248

Goal:
G0/2 Ingress exceeds 50000 (50mbps)
set next hop 2.2.2.1
what i can tell there is no direct way to police the traffic and set next hop.
