Use laptop as wireless router

Hello,
i have an old laptop (running UBUNTU 10.10) and i would like to convert it into a wireless router.
Is there any tool that allows me such configuration or at least a step by step readme?
Note that i am planning to use my dwl-g132 "D-Link" as the wifi router.

thx

1. make sure your wireless is working ok.

Then here is the step-by-step guide:

Seems that i cannot set my wifi to master mode:

malfouf:~$ sudo iwconfig wlan0 mode master
Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.

I will try the D-Link to see if it works.
