I had seen the previously answered question. &nbsp;I have tried creating a printers virtual directory under SBS Web Applications, but this doesn't seem to make the site available at remote.domain.com/printers<wbr />.<br />

It's a fairly good outline of what needs to be done for IPP to work properly on SBS 2008. &nbsp;Go through each step and be sure you have things set right.<br />

It seems we can access the site using http(s)://externaladdress/<wbr />printers/i<wbr />pp_0001.as<wbr />p<br />
This is set as the default page for the virtual directory in IIS but for some reason we get 403 - Forbidden when just using /printers<br />
This allows us to browse the printers but we are still unable to connect to them.<br />
On Win7 we get &quot;The printer name is invalid&quot;, on XP its &quot;Access is denied&quot;<br />
It looks a lot like its some kind of permissions issue...

Small Business Server (SBS) is a line of server operating systems targeted at small businesses by bundling the operating system with a number of other Microsoft products that would normally need to be purchased or licensed separately.
