Forefront TMG

Hello friends,

my situation is iam using forefront tmg to filter web access.

i need to add exception to some of the users/groups so that they can have access to all websites...

currently the users tab in my policy setting is set to all users,and when i try adding an exception to some other group all the internet access is lost....

please help me in solving this problem

you have to use webproxy or TMG client in the client machine in order to be able to authenticate users.

so it means after installing the tmg client i have to add those users in the exception list???

yes, or you can create a new rule for these users above the current rule. customize this rule as you want..

hello friends

tried but doesnt work...

my scenario is this,i have some six users,their ip's ranging from 10.2.40.25 to 10.2.40.31....

i want give this access full internet access without any url filtering...

curently everybody is having blocked access for adult contents and p2p,chat and games....

i want these specified users mentioned above to bypass by tmg for full internet access..
