Public folder replication between exchange 2003 to exchange 2010 on the same site

Hi,
We are in the process of our client Exchange migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. , our client wants us to check how long it takes for public folders to be replicated from Ex2003 to Ex2010.
our client wants us to calculate how long approximately it takes to complete based on math.
I have done some research on the technet but there is no answer for that, and only for for backfilling process, the technet article says “it takes a long time”, and does not give any clear time frame.
If you can give me the following answers, please do

1. How long it take to replicate 2Gb data of public folder in the same site from Ex2003 to Ex2010?
2. How can we calculate the time it takes for content replication time?
3. How can we calculate the time it takes for backfilling replication time?
