Error program could not start when trying to Save MS Remote Assistance Invitation

Till last night, I was still able to save the Invitation but this noon when
I tried to create another Invitation & save (using local Administrator),
it gave the attached error.

What's wrong?  I don't recall I make any changes to my laptop except
for clearing away a few files under the following folders :

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\...\temp\...
C:\Documents and Settings\mydomain_id\...\temp\...

I'm on Win XP Professional SP3 & the following services (under
Control Panel, Administrative Svcs) were running:
 - Remote Access Auto connection Manager
 - Remote Access Connection Manager

It wasn't started, so I've just started it & it's now running.

Then I repeat earlier attempt to save the invitation again
& I'm still getting the same error

It's not started, so I started it again (like what I did previously) & unlike
the earlier round, this time, I could save the Invitation.  Don't know why
but I guess previously I did not wait long enough after starting it

Ok thanks, will close this now
