Outlook 2010

I currently have an issue with AutoComplete or possibly AutoSuggest not working anymore in my Outlook 2010 Office Client.

I can create a message with any email address and send the mail and it appears that the name is poplulated in the "Suggested Contacts" address book.  I can then try to send a message to the same person from the "To" field and the name populates without a problem. However, after shutting down the Outlook 2010 Client i cannot use the AutoComplete function to populate the same address. But you can do an advanced find in the Suggested Contacts Address book and find the address and then send it again.

Actions taken - Created New Outlook Profile - verified that the settings are correct for using Suggested Contacts and using AutoComplete also ran an Office Repair from Programs and features.

Any help would be appreciated.
