domain controller problem

i have 2 domain controller in my domain, i have installed a new one, when i have close one it cannot restart. so how i remove this domain controller into the active directory

What do you mean? Are you saying one domain controller doesn't start? Need some more info.

You need use ntdsutil to remove the failed DC from metadata, I've uplaoded the doc on a previous solution, you can obtain it if you search, if not I will up loaded when I get home in about an hours time.
