unable to view emails in OWA (win 7 pro) - Red X
Hello Experts!!!
I have a situation that in one of my users his workstation is running Windows 7 Professional, and he needs access his webmail... the issue is he is unable to view emails - he gets the Red X.
I have read that I must apply a hotfix in my exchange 2003 server.. (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883543) but when I apply it I got the following error:
"Setup has detected that the version of the service pack installed on your system is lower than what is necessary to apply this hotfix" ; at minimum you must have service pack 1 installed.
The thing is I have installed on my server SP1...
So what do I need do?

Did you install Windows Server 2003 service pack 1 (for the OS), or Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 service pack 1 (for Exchange server)? I imagine that both would be necessary.

To determine the version number, the build number, and the service pack level of Microsoft Exchange Server, check the properties of the server.
To view the server properties of a computer that is running Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003, follow these steps:
Start the Microsoft Exchange Administrator program.
In the navigation pane, expand the objects until you locate the server object.
Right-click the server object, and then click Properties.
