Ok, guys, I'm a first time post-er here so I apologize in advance if more information is needed to answer this question.

I'm running Exchange Server 2007. I have 40 or so email accounts that are operate just fine sending and receiving email. One account, however, will send email out but cannot receive external email. Again, all other accounts are fully operational. When sending to this one address the following error is sent back to the sender (this one was sent from to

I've checked that the "properties" of this account and other accounts match in Exchange console. I've verified that the account is configured properly in AD. I've even deleted and recreated the account to see if some kind of glitch may have happened in setup.

I admit that I am not greatly experienced with Exchange, but I've checked everything I know to check. Of the 40 email addresses we have, I've personally setup 15 of them (the rest were here when I was hired), and I've followed the same process for each one.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
