Mobile Admin device not listed for any iPhone or Droid users

We have a single server running Exchange server 2003 SP2.  We have always used BlackBerries but recently started moving to Droid's and iPhones.  When it was just one phone it was not big deal but we now have more users moving over.  when i go to ourdomain/MobileAdmin and log in I can search for a user but always get "No devices were found for this mailbox."  There is also nothing in the transaction log.  I have tried everything i can find for setting permissions and changing SSL setting, I am at a loss any help would be great.
