Windows 7 how to remap keys

Okay, so busy at work, I've been unable to work on what's really important:

At home, playing Super Meatboy:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Meat_Boy

I want to find a way to remap the four default keys of <right> <left> <space bar><shift> to other keys =)

Running Win 7 64 bit, and have searched a lot trying to find a Microsoft resource kit utility called remapkey.exe

Does someone know where I can get the remapkey.exe for Windows 7 64 bit, or maybe the Windows 7 resource kit which might include this utility?

Sorry, searched quite a bit and am unable to locate this so far.

Awesome, thx for the answers!

I'm going to sort of cheat here and piggy back an additional question on to this one that is related:

Now that we know how to configure using other keys, I can't figure out what the correct names are for the keys on the right side of the keyboard for the num pad area. You know the numpad enter, numpad + key, and the numpad 4, 5, 6, and 8 keys.

If you can help me find out what these names are that's be awesome. I did try last night, but was unable to get them to work.

Thanks!

Awesome!!
seems so simple, I should have guessed it, was trying a more complicated definition such as
numpad_8 etc.
