MS SQL licencing

I have 1) MS OPL SQL SVR STD EDTN 2008 SNGL NL and 39) OPLSQL Cal 2008 SNGL NL User CAL 's that are no longer installed or needed. Can I legally sell these and transfer them to the buyer?
