My boss just acquired 2500acres in California. for a training camp. its about 90 min from a CD. has mountains and flat surfaces. there is no Cell phone reception at all. I opened my mouse and said to my boss why not built a cell phone tower and lease space to cell phone carriers. <br />

we he gave me that task of finding out what do to do. <br />

Does anybody know where I can start? anybody have been involve in this type of cell phone tower leasing? <br />
