comparing two tables and finding discrepancies

Hello I have attached sample with two tables-
tbl1 is data from table-1st program users input data into each day.
tbl2 is data from table -2nd program-users input data into each day.

is there a way to have query search for a range of dates and find what matches
and a query to find what does not match?
thank you
( i am supposed to provide discrepancy information - right now a person physically gets all the data infront of them and looks it over and over searching back and forth to see if same parts entered- if you don't think I am asking for right type of queries - let me know)
