Not a straight vlookup, but you can use a workaround or a user-defined function (= some kind of macro) to do that. <br />
Can you explain more in details what you want to do, preferably with a template file?<br />

Essentially I have a large list of values and conditioning formatting within the cells determines what colour they are to be highlighted with i.e. 150 = red 200 = yellow etc. Essentially I would like a formula I can paste into a cell that can get first instance of cell highlighted in that colour. <br />
