New server for SBS2011

Wondering what would be the best hardware configs for new SBS2011.  30users only.

RAID-1 for OS.  2x146GB 15K SAS
RAID-5 for store 5x600GB 15K SAS
Should I create one hot spare pointing for both RAIDs?  Dell said its possible.

32GB RAM.  2 x CPU Quad Core  Zenon 2.4GHz.  15K drives.

its a matter redundancy and high avi vs costs

having hot spares is always a good idea.  if they are willing to spend the extra money for redundancy.  those 15k 600gb are a pretty penny.  last time i looked the 10k 600 were close to $1000

as im looking at how many drives...not sure what model ur going with but most of them 8 total.  so ull have 1 for hotspare

in the end...if they have the funds to purchase it.  do it  its just that added redundancy factor

RAID-5 for store 5x600GB 15K SAS Seagate
Not sure if makes a difference.  So 7 drives total.   Not 8.
might have miss typed it...but u have 7 usually with dell servers they have a max of 8
